I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The room are overcrowded with poor circulation. The administrators appear to care when talking to caregivers but behind the scenes (I accidentally overheard comments when they were not aware) are inadequate when managing the staff. The staff is inadequate and they left patients unattended for hours after they receive dialysis; at a time when they (the patient) should be relieved of the pain that dialysis causes; (i.e. patient completed treatment at approx. 2:50 and the staff did not retrieve him until approximately 5:45) The dietary is poor. My relative received a high sodium diet for weeks even after they were informed. They feed the clients things such as hot dogs which is very high in sodium. They claim the patients receive weekly activities which is not true. My relative has been in the facility for some time and the only activity he has been offered was casino and the park; which I am sure was put in place mainly for the staff since many of the clients do not have income to attend the casino! This facility should be reported to the state

My first impression: The young lady named Melinda who answers the phone is an asset to this facility. She is extremely polite while providing Excellent Customer Service. Also, Sherry the Business Office Manager along with the Social Worker, Tiffany are outstanding! Tiffany is very passionate and goes above and beyond her job description to help my brother. Sherry is extremely informative and knowledgeable of her job! The group of individuals mentioned makes this nursing home Phenomenal!

Gross place. Smells of urine and feces. Came to visit my friend and she was covered in dried feces which tells me she has been there like that for a while. I spoke with the nurse on the floor and told her she needs to be changed immediately and made sure to take a photo. Ventilator came off a couple times when I was there and after hooking it back in gently I still had to get someone to help her put it properly back on because no one answered her ring for help. They were too busy playing on their phones to notice the call for assistance. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea and what kind of place this is.

I visited this facility
Y friends mom was here until yesterday when she came to visit and found her mother covered in bruises and a black eye. Do not put your loved ones in this facility!!!

I had a loved one at this facility and Im not here to bash the place but I would not recommend this place at all! The faculty and administration are courteous and friendly and attempt to handle your needs but the staff dont seem to comprehend.
